    We are looking for one female student for rent. The location is North York Center of Toronto (step to North York Center Subway Station). The house is the second storey house. Recently the room is renovated. There are two rooms and one room is occupied by one female student. The independent living room (including TV, refrigerator, table), kitchen and bathroom are very clean and new. Nearby house, there are North York Center library, theater, Loblaws, second cup, Staple and many famous schools. If you are interested in this room, please contact me.

    I am looking for female roomate who can stay with me in the living room.
    Yonge & bloor downtown…very convenient to take bus,subway…2 min from subway station…swiss charette, macdonald, sushi restaurant, post office, laundry store, thrift shop, convenience store are placed in 1st floor in my apartment. so safe area…warm…
    short term residence can be okay but long term will be preferred.
    Rental payment won’t be expensive. $330/mth.

    Furnished room for rent in the korean town. Close to all amenities, market, convenience stores, banks, restaurants, etc. 3 minute walk from the subway station. All utilities included. Central heating and air conditioner. Available May 1 to female preferably a non smoker. 450
